Bad company I got a perfect score on their test drive got a very good rate 6 months later they raised the rate without telling me and every 6 months after that they raised it again they kept on doing it till I'd been with them for 2 and a 1/2 years and then I realized it and Canceled my policy and uninstalled the app 2 days before it ended and they still took the money out and you can't get hold of anybody except through emails it is a hassle don't do it.
The insurance was great, lower quote than everyone else, and lowered a bit after 6 months. I had to close my policy due to someone totaling my car (they are at fault on all reports & documents), I had to get rid of the car, so I had no car, therefore why would I have insurance? I got a car 6 months later, and tried to come back, but they just keep sending me to other companies for quotes, they just refuse to give me a quote period, and customer service is AWFUL now. Terrible insurance company.

Great insurance company.
I got into a "accident" but I never hit them and they were illegally parked behind me. I gave them my insurance because I just didn't want things to escalate. My insurance said I was at fault even if they were illegally parked. I told them that I never even hit them and they didn't get back to me or even do a investigation and now its on my record and I have to pay for their car. Don't go with this insurance. The only reason I'm still with them is because no one else will take me now
Simple, easy, save money
Good at first, but my payments kept going up. Reason to why I'm leaving the insurance & also having the hardest time canceling my auto policy which I did from the app on the 25th of Feb & checked back to see my policy was still active. Had to call the support team which had me text my policy and other info to a number, which I received an email saying they were going to cancel & send email shortly to confirm cancelation which I did not. Canceling took way too long and didnt get my full refund.
That are awesome and amazing insurance company I was with them for the longest time I'm getting ready to go back with him that's how cool they are
